Sales Manager


Job Responsibilities:

1. Market Development: Responsible for water treatment market development and new customer acquisition.

2. Pre-sales Support: Responsible for pre-sales technical consultation for wastewater treatment projects and timely completion of sales targets.

3. Engineering Solutions: Responsible for the sales of water treatment products and projects, providing technical solutions based on customer needs.

4. Business Negotiation: Independently responsible for project tracking, business quotation negotiation, and participation in project bidding.

5. User Maintenance: Customer relationship maintenance and brand maintenance.

6. Sales Management: Assisting senior management in formulating company sales plans and programs based on the company's annual goals.

 

Job Requirements:

1. Professional Experience: More than 4 years of experience in water treatment project or equipment sales, with a junior college degree or above.

2. Good Performance: Able to demonstrate good performance, have an outgoing personality, and achieve sales quotas.

3. Customer Relations: Possess strong negotiation skills with major clients and cross-departmental collaboration abilities.

4. Customer Resources: Priority will be given to candidates with water resources and customer resources in North China and other regions.

5. Adaptable to Business Trips: Able to accept short-term business trips as required by the project.
