Upgrading and Retrofitting of Textile Dyeing Industrial Park in Shandong
summary:20,000t/d AAO+MBR
Capacity: 20,000 t/d
Process: AAO + MBR (Membrane Bio-Reactor)
Effluent Water Quality: Compliant with Grade 1A standard of the "Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plants" (GB 18918-2002)
Project Date: September 2023
Highlights:
The industrial park's textile dyeing wastewater is characterized by high volume, elevated organic pollutant content, strong alkalinity, and significant fluctuations in water quality, classifying it as challenging industrial wastewater. The effluent contains dyes, sizing agents, additives, oils, acids/alkalis, fiber residues, abrasive particles, inorganic salts, and other complex contaminants.
Technical Innovation:
Building upon existing processes, the project introduces ceramic membrane MBR technology, achieving to:
1. Enhance production capacity, technological capabilities, and environmental performance across the industrial park.
2. Achieve digitalized production management and automated control systems, ensuring operational transparency and precision.
3. Improve production line stability and efficiency while maintaining compliance with stringent environmental regulations.
