WECLEAN After-Sales Support System: Guiding Your Project from Start to Finish
summary:Beyond Products, Total Support. WECLEAN Provides End-to-End After-Sales Service, to be Your Trusted Long-Term Partner.

| We Offer Not Just Products, But Also a Commitment to Your Peace of Mind
At WECLEAN, we firmly believe: Product delivery is just the beginning of our service.
A high-performance piece of equipment must be supported by a reliable, professional, and responsive after-sales system. It is this philosophy that drives us to continuously refine our service processes, building an end-to-end service guarantee covering the entire chain of "installation — leak testing — commissioning — maintenance," ensuring stable equipment operation and creating lasting value.
WECLEAN End-to-End After-Sales Service
| Flexible Installation Support to Meet Diverse Project Needs
We understand that different clients face varying site conditions and technical requirements. Therefore, WECLEAN offers two flexible service models: complete module installation and membrane field installation guidance, designed to accurately match your project pace and actual engineering situation.

Complete Module Installation
The entire membrane module is fully assembled, including membrane installation at the WECLEAN factory before dispatch. We employ experienced professional technicians who strictly adhere to process standards, ensuring a robust module structure and precise membrane positioning. After assembly, the complete module is safely delivered to your site via dedicated logistics channels.
✅ Core Advantage: Significantly reduces on-site installation complexity and time costs, suitable for projects with high requirements for efficiency and standardization.
Membrane Installation
If clients choose to design and process membrane modules themselves, we can also supply high-performance membranes separately, accompanied by precise dimensional drawings and mature module design references.
Professional technical engineers can also, based on clients’ needs, arrive at the site with the membranes to provide full guidance throughout the installation process, demonstrate key steps, and ensure the membranes are correctly and undamaged installed within the clients’ own modules, effectively preventing performance loss or part damage due to improper operation.
| Double Leak Testing Mechanism, Eliminating Leak Risks from the Factory
"Leak testing" is the cornerstone for ensuring the long-term stability and high-efficiency operation of the membrane system. It is not only a critical step in the installation process but also a core reflection of WECLEAN's professional after-sales service. Through our "factory + site" double leak testing mechanism, we establish a strict defense line for every system from factory to site, eliminating potential leakage hazards.
First: Factory Control, "Individual Inspection" Before Dispatch
Each membrane must undergo a rigorous individual leak test prior to dispatch from the factory. Any membrane found to have leakage defects is identified and scrapped, ensuring that all outgoing membranes are free of defects.
✅ Core Objective: Ensure each membrane delivered to the client is completely reliable from the fundamental material level.

Second: Site Verification, "System Final Inspection" Before Installation
When the membrane module arrives on-site, before formal installation and positioning, our professional technical engineers perform a more systematic on-site leak test. We adopt the industry-standard Underwater Bubble Test method; the entire process is standardized and rigorous:
→ Standard Procedure: The membrane module is completely immersed in clean water. Using professional equipment, gas is introduced into the interior of the module, and the test pressure is stabilized at 50 kPa, holding for observation for 20 minutes.
→ Two Outcome Scenarios:
Scenario 1: Passed Smoothly, Install with Confidence
If the pressure gauge reading remains stable and no continuous or obvious bubbles appear on the water surface during the pressure hold period, it indicates perfect sealing of the module, the test is qualified. The engineer then formally issues a leak test qualification confirmation sheet, and the installation team can proceed with the subsequent precise installation.

Scenario 2: Leak Detected, Precise Localization
If the system pressure cannot stabilize or continuous bubbles are observed on the water surface, it clearly indicates a leakage point. At this point, our engineers immediately initiate troubleshooting. Leveraging their extensive application experience, they systematically inspect all potential areas including the membranes, interface seals, pipeline connections, etc., until the leakage point is precisely located and all issues are resolved, followed by a re-test until qualified.

Our Commitment:
WECLEAN's double leak testing is not just a procedure, it is a commitment to responsibility. We strive to eliminate all potential risks before system operation commences, laying the most solid foundation for the long-term stable operation of your project.
| Professional Ceramic Membrane System Commissioning Ensures Efficient Equipment Start-up
After equipment installation and leak testing are completed, system commissioning is the critical phase to transition the equipment from static installation to efficient operation. WECLEAN dispatches senior engineers for on-site guidance, performing comprehensive inspections and precise commissioning.

Service includes:
→ Systematic check of the status of pipelines, valves, and instruments, eliminating any physical hidden dangers that might affect start-up
→ System flushing, parameter initialization
→ Preliminary adjustment of operating pressure and flow rate
→ Verification of automatic control logic
→ On-site training for client operators on start/stop procedures, monitoring, and emergency handling
We are committed to ensuring that every delivered system can transition smoothly and efficiently into operation, and that the client's team possesses basic operation and maintenance capabilities.
